ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a confirmation email after ordering

  • You can track their orders using the tracking numbers sent to their email

SIZE EXCHANGES (CLOTHES DIDN'T FIT AS YOU THOUGHT)

  • If you are dissatisfied with the fit of your item, you can apply for an exchange. This can be done by either filling out the contact form on the website or reaching out to nfsstudioscontact@gmail.com directly.

  • If the size you’re looking to exchange for is out of stock, you cannot process a size exchange. We will confirm via email whether your desired size is in stock at the moment.

  • Upon request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label completely FREE! After this, you are responsible for shipping the package back to the return address.

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will ship the new item to you in 1-3 business days. We pay for all shipping during this process.

WRONG SIZE DELIVERED

  • If your item comes in the wrong size, we are fully responsible for this error and will ensure that we reach a compromise. 
  • Upon receiving proof that your item is the wrong size, we will ship you the correct size immediately without charge (if the correct item and size is in stock). We will also provide you with a free return label for the wrong-size garment as well as a full refund. 
  • If the correct item and size are not in stock, you will be granted a 100% off coupon for one item of your choice. This is truly a last resort, and we hope this does not happen. 

RETURNS

  • Items with no visible signs of wear are eligible for returns within 30 Days. Returned items are eligible for a 50% refund. We will provide a return label for free.

COURIER ERRORS

  • After packages are deposited at the post office, they are officially out of our hands. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Errors on behalf of USPS are out of our hands. 

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • If you enter the incorrect address and we ship your item(s) to this place, we are not responsible for this. We only ship to the addresses that you input when you place your order.
